with a little time off for a family wedding i hadn't updated my blog for a bit so after work i settled down to get to grips with some vehicles for my army as i had purchased 2 kubelwagens and a horch truck from ebay and 2 scout platoons with schwimmwagens again from ebay i had sitting in front of me 1 truck 3 motorbike/side car combos and 4 schwimmwagens all needing a paint job so i started by choosing a paint colour scheme i liked ......now those who have read the blog and not just loaded the pics might notice the kubelwagens weren't mentioned in the painting part well they arrived painted i just rebased them to match my army
so after a few minutes and a large coffee i sat down to hammer through a portion of my transports
as i was about to take the photo the 3rd bike had what can only be described as a head on collision with the floor and needs some repairs
the crews for the vehicles are being painted just after this post atm i am trying to limit myself to 1-2 hours of painting per sessions rather than the all nighters i used to pull
after a little time i got round to painting the crew and tbh i found painting them out of the vehicles harder than painting them in the transports so i opted for minimal crews
